WEWOWHYZ TERMS OF SERVICE & MIT LICENSE 1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS By accessing or using WeWoWhyz (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App. 2. NON‑CUSTODIAL WALLET The App generates a 12‑word seed phrase that is stored ONLY on your device. You control your private keys. The developers cannot recover lost seeds or funds. Your Bitcoin is held in a non‑custodial Lightning wallet integrated via Breez SDK (LSP). 3. USER RESPONSIBILITY You are solely responsible for the content you publish (text, video). Content must not violate any laws or infringe third‑party rights. The App does not endorse or verify user‑generated content. 4. PAYMENTS & ECONOMY All transactions happen over the Lightning Network. The App facilitates micro‑payments (in satoshis) for watching videos and rewarding content creators. Transaction fees are near‑zero via Breez LSP. The App does not guarantee payment delivery due to network issues. 5. NO LIABILITY THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS”, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
